<I>"the most exciting discovery in fine art since the original"</I></div> <bR> <div> The Cardinian Embroidery Project is a Shire wide community arts project funded by VicHealth and Cardinia Shire Council. </div> <bR> <div> The Cardinian Embroidery took two years and two months from start to finish.</div> <div> 114 workshops were held at 9 venues throughout the Shire and 8 communities held their own ongoing workshops in craft centres, community houses and private homes.</div> <bR> <div> The embroidery consists of eight panels, each measuring 190cm in height and 140cm in width.</div> <bR> <div> This project was one of the largest embroideries ever undertaken.</div> <bR> <div> It was fitting that the team leaders went in search of an archiving process which could faithfully record every single thread and stitch.</div> <bR> <div> It was also important that<I> replica style </I>reproductions on canvas could be produced.</div> <bR> <div> Binary Master Art matched the accuracy and effort put in by the embroiderers by recording each of the eight panels with an ultra high definition scan system enabling impeccable reproductions.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Reproductions of all pieces
